Uhm....

Alright I admit it I'm not doing so hot in the weight loss area. I will soon begin this journey again and not stop until I have reached my goals!
Things have been crazy with the move and the kids and the crazy granny....but I feel that is not much of an excuse. I need to find time for me, or I'm not going to be good for anyone else.
I am pretty sure I am anemic now. I have all the symptoms, yet I have been ignoring them. I know better damn it, I just haven't been in the mood to deal with it. I really need to though before I fall out at work (which I have almost done a couple times here lately).
So in out new house I have a room, it will soon be my workout room. My treadmill and stair stepper are in there. I am going to set up a TV and DVD player so I can do my videos!! I am very excited about my room and will no longer have any excuses about not getting more exercise! Now if I can just start eating better!
I am vowing NOW...to get off my ass, get my room set up and get moving.
Who's with me....anyone?....Company is always welcome, I find I work better with extra support.

Welcome!

Alright! The time has come. I will get back to pre-baby#1 weight! My daughter Taylor was born in April of 2000. I gained 60-70lbs with her. I never made back to my pre-pregnancy weight. 2 more babies later... I did better with my weight gains and lost almost all of my pregnancy weight, but I have never been close to what I was PT (pre-Taylor!).

The time is here. I will do it. And this is just my first goal!

For the record this means I have 40 pounds to go to reach this weight goal.

I decided to blog about my journey, to keep myself accountable. It also helps me to vent!! I will share tips I learn along the way, both good and bad.
